Important note: Chengdu Wuhou Shrine Museum has never authorized any third-party organization or individual to act as its ticket agent. To ensure your successful visit to the museum and avoid losses, please make sure to book your tickets via official channels, i.e. the Official Website or Official WeChat Public Account of Chengdu Wuhou Shrine Museum. The Museum will not accept any after-sale problems caused by purchasing tickets on other online platforms. Please consciously boycott the sale of our tickets on the Internet.
1. Chengdu Wuhou Shrine Museum sells tickets by online real-name booking, and tickets are pre-sold 14 days in advance. Visitors can use their passports to book real-name tickets via the Museum’s Official Website or Official WeChat Public Account. Only WeChat and Alipay apply to online ticketing. Those who can’t make payment via WeChat or Alipay can present their passports at the On-site Service Window of Chengdu Wuhou Shrine Museum to purchase tickets in cash.
2. Online booking requires visitors to truthfully fill in their personal identity information. If the information is incorrect, they will not be allowed to enter the Museum.
3. Each valid certificate can book once per day, and each account can book for a maximum of 10 people per day.
4. Visitors who can’t enter the Museum on time on the day of visit shall cancel the order in advance.
5. Visitors who have purchased full-price tickets online with their passports shall, on the booked day of visit, scan the QR code on the order or the QR code in the booking notice received by email at the ticket barrier of the Museum's main gate (South Gate) before entering.
6. The minors who have purchased half-price tickets online with their passports shall, on the booked day of visit, present their passports and check the tickets by scanning the QR Code (or the QR Code in the email) at the ticket barrier of the Museum’s main gate (South Gate) before entering. Minors who fail to provide original valid certificates conforming to the preferential policy will not be admitted to the Museum.
7. Visitors who have purchased tickets on site shall have their paper tickets checked at the ticket barrier of the Museum’s main gate (South Gate) before entering.
8. Unused tickets can be refunded via the original booking channel before 22:00 on the day of visit, or automatically refunded by the system at 22:00 on the day of visit. Tickets are non-refundable once used.
9. Visitors who have purchased paper tickets on site need to refund their tickets at the on-site service window before 18:00 on the day of visit, and the refund will not be accepted after that time.
10. The refund for ticket will be sent to your payment account by the original payment method within 5 working days. Please check your account. If you have not received your refund by then, please call the Customer Service Inquiry Hotline for inquiry.
11. If there is a need for an invoice, visitors can get it by checking ‘Order’ on the ticket purchase page of the Museum’s Official WeChat Public Account within 30 days after visit.
12. Opening hours of Chengdu Wuhou Shrine Museum: 08:30-19:00 every day. Visitors are not admitted to the Museum after 18:00.

15. Ticketing information
Ticket price: CNY 50/person
Ticket discount: The minors aged 6-18 can purchase half-price tickets (CNY 25/person) with their passports (minors aged 6-14 need to be accompanied by an adult guardian to visit the Museum, and the guardian will be admitted to the Museum with a full-price ticket). Children aged below 6 or under 1.3m tall (including 1.3m) are admitted free of charge by presenting their passports and exchanging tickets at the Integrated Service Window next to the Self-service Ticket Hall (Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian to enter the Museum, and the guardian will be admitted to the Museum with a full-price ticket).
